With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the heavy highway construction industry, Ron Mobley’s journey is one built on dedication, craftsmanship, and heart. His story began in 1984, when he joined Mobley Contractors at just 15 years old as a laborer on a bridge project in Hattieville, Arkansas. It was only the fourth bridge the company had ever built—an early milestone that shaped Ron’s lifelong passion for the work.
From digging footings to raising spans that stand the test of time, Ron has always found deep satisfaction in seeing a bridge come to life. As Ron puts it, “Building a bridge or a structure that will last decades, that my grandchildren will see one day, is an awesome experience, and I take it seriously.”
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and has continued to expand his expertise ever since. His impact in the field is matched by the pride he takes in his family life. He’s married to Andrea Mobley, and together they have three children—Sarah, Grace, and Ronald III (Tripp).
