Ronald F. Mobley

Ronny Mobley started Mobley Contractors Inc. in 1972 by pouring concrete for sidewalks, driveways, and other small jobs. He soon expanded the company with partner Ken French and started taking on larger projects. Careful to hire the right employees and engineers the company grew into the highly recognized Arkansas heavy civil construction contractor Mobley is today.

Today, Ronny is still driven to make Mobley the best it can be. Ronny attributes his faith in God, family, and passion to take on challenging projects as what has helped him lead Mobley into the recognized heavy civil construction company it is today.

Ronny and his wife Janice have three children and eight grandkids. In his downtime, he enjoys Bible Study Fellowship, hunting, roping steers, and spending time with family.

Ronald F. Mobley Jr.

With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the heavy highway construction industry, Ron Mobley’s journey is one built on dedication, craftsmanship, and heart. His story began in 1984, when he joined Mobley Contractors at just 15 years old as a laborer on a bridge project in Hattieville, Arkansas. It was only the fourth bridge the company had ever built—an early milestone that shaped Ron’s lifelong passion for the work.

From digging footings to raising spans that stand the test of time, Ron has always found deep satisfaction in seeing a bridge come to life. As Ron puts it, “Building a bridge or a structure that will last decades, that my grandchildren will see one day, is an awesome experience, and I take it seriously.”

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and has continued to expand his expertise ever since. His impact in the field is matched by the pride he takes in his family life. He’s married to Andrea Mobley, and together they have three children—Sarah, Grace, and Ronald III (Tripp).

Bradley Lynn Deaver

Vice President

Brad is a seasoned project manager with over 30 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry. He began his career at Mobley as a laborer and worked his way up to vice president. Brad loves seeing the evolution of a project from concept to completion.

Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas. His expertise includes shoring, pile driving, and bridge construction.

Married to his wife, Karen Deaver, Brad has a son Cole and a daughter Kaitlyn. In his free time, Brad enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and traveling.

Jared French

Treasurer / Project Manager

Jared graduated from Morrilton High School in 2000, then went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton in 2002. He followed that degree with a Bachelor’s in Business Admin and minor in economics from the University of Arkansas.

Jared’s been with Mobley since 1998. He began his career working in the shop as a mechanics helper. He worked his way through school during the same period. He has experience working in carpentry, concrete finishing, quality control, SSHO, project managing, and estimating. Jared is married to wife Ashley with two kids.

Janice L. Mobley

Cofounder of Mobley Contractors

Janice L. Mobley has been a part of Mobley Contractors since the beginning. For over 40 years Janice has been the lead officer for the administration department.

Janice and husband Ronald have 4 children and eight grandkids. When Janice is not at Mobley she enjoys snow skiing, fly fishing, teaching Bible study, reading, and traveling with the grandkids.

Taylor Boyle

Controller

Taylor is a graduate from The University of Central Arkansas where he earned a BBA in Accounting and holds an active CPA license. Taylor has over 8 years of experience in a wide
range of industries and accounting positions.

Taylor is proud to be working in his hometown for a well-known, reputable company, that is making positive, tangible improvements in and around the state of Arkansas.

As native Arkansan, who loves the outdoors, Taylor spends most of his time with his wife of 13 years, Amber, and two sons, Hendrix 5 1/2 and Vann 21/2. In their free time they are either hunting, fishing, boating, anything in the outdoors, and live music.
